We want you to feel confident when purchasing Procreate or Pass. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. You’ll receive a full refund for eligible returned items.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloads (once accessed or delivered)

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll make it right.
