Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Procreate or Pass. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly noted at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. Access or download details will be provided at checkout or via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Procreate or Pass is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
